I got a new lens today!!! (Insert new lens dance here) And who better to test it out on than my dogs, right? (Well, this is at least what happens when there are no people around. So there.)
I feel it's time to show off my good dog, since I've already featured Chomper. (Poor behavior shouldn't be rewarded!) Here is my sweet girl Parker, who turned six this May. That makes me feel really, really old, considering we rescued her when she was just five weeks old.
While Chomper is the lovable cuddlebug that doesn't have too much going on in the brain-region, Parker is the Professor. The old-crow. The smarts of their two-woman operation--way too intelligent for her own good. She too is a needy attention-hound, but in a much different way. She is also incredibly stubborn and stuck in her ways.
I could not get her to move away from that little slit of light on her face:
I'll have much more to share after my wedding this weekend, when I'll actually get to use this on people!

. . . who couldn't love that face?
Love, "Grandma"!
It's a good thing the Chomps can't read, or she'd be upset.
I love that little lady.
I know...luckly she doesn't have computer access either. Phew!
